Returns policy

Returns Address: We are Vermin Ltd , Unit 14 , The Old Joinery, Maldon Road, Birch Essex CO2 0LT

 If you would like to return your items please send back to us at our returns address within 30 days of your delivery date.

Please make sure your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn with tags, and in its original packaging. 

So we can process your return quickly please include a note inside the parcel with your reason for return and whether you would like a replacement or a refund. Please also include your order number and contact details in case we need to contact you.

We advise that you return via a tracked service and obtain proof of postage as we are unable to take responsibility for parcels that do not reach us.

Damages & Faults
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect we will then advise the next course of action for you.

Exchanges

We will happily exchange your return for any item in our store, please include a note inside with your return detailing which item you would like in exchange.

Refunds

If you would prefer a refund on your item we will process this as soon as the item comes back to us, you will get an email notification that the refund has been issued and this should show in your bank within 48 hours but the bank's processing times do vary so please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to clear.
